These M12 Forgefix Nuts and washers are made of A2 stainless steel,

which will not corrode, rust or stain from water.

This makes them ideally suited for corrosive and coastal applications as well

as many other varied applications.

The hexagonal shape of the nut is designed to be driven by a wrench, spanner

or Hex Socket they provide excellent torque.

Stainless Steel does not corrode, rust or stain with water as ordinary steel does,

but despite the name it is not fully stain-proof, most notably under low oxygen,

high salinity, or poor circulation environments.

Stainless steel is used where both the properties of steel and resistance to

corrosion are required.
